   Led the Source to Pay workstream for a multi-national energy client, conducting workshops and design sessions to deploy Coupa and upgrade Oracle globally, leading all phases of the project, including Design, Build, Test, Deliver and Hypercare.• Led digital procurement transformation for a large multi-national energy client, across indirect and services spend categories, including reviewing client sourcing and contract management processes and policies and category taxonomy based on leading practice. In addition, managed Ariba implementation including facilitating business requirement workshops, solution decisioning, design and build, functional unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, legacy contracts migration and post go-live support• Oversaw the assessment and selection of source-to-pay cloud software solutions to support the implementation of procurement systems and enable supply chain transformation for a major US specialty chemicals company• Led supply chain assessment for US utility company, leading multiple workshops to assess sourcing, procurement, work management and materials management processes, organization and technology capabilities.
