In my current role, I am responsible for the development of my networking team and successful delivery of network solutions to support datacenter operations. I lead a team of highly motivated network administrators and engineers that designs, engineers, and supports network infrastructure solutions based on requirements and customer needs. As a technical lead, I interpret and decompose network requirements, make decisions on design choices, lead the team through networking development life cycles while staying within the confines of the Iron Triangle (Cost, Schedule, Scope), support test and integration events, provide direct or indirect network support, ensure the on-time delivery of network documentation, and provide technical guidance, as necessary. As a manager, I ensure my team is trained to support emerging technologies and trends, collect and provide performance feedback throughout as well as end of year, counsel and coach team members to meet company and program goals, and provide growth opportunities to promote the development of future managers and leaders.
