I’m a seasoned leader with nearly two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, bringing a broad background in asset management, full EH & S and P&L accountability, partner relationship management, and sandface-to-sales operations across both onshore unconventional and offshore conventional plays, domestically and internationally. In my most recent roles, I’ve managed upstream operated and non-operated (NOJV) offshore deepwater assets, holding a range of leadership and engineering positions. Earlier in my career, I supported onshore upstream and midstream operations through field-based assignments, which provided a strong foundation in safety, execution, and operational excellence.I take pride in leading diverse, high performing, multi-disciplinary teams - from the field to the office - in fast-paced and complex environments. Leadership experience in Incident and Crisis Management at the regional level includes serving as Incident Commander, and Operations Section Chief for the Gulf of America’s Incident Management Team, reinforcing my commitment to safety, accountability, and high-performance operations.
