Hello! An ambitious and enthusiastic person with a strong passion for the food industry, sustainability and the creation of new products. She brings a different perspective to the table of NPD because of her background in the hospitality industry. She believes that the food industry needs a drastic improvement in order to have nutritious resources for all species, including humans, in the near future. This is a topic that has been discussed by various people in the world, however the majority of the global population is not (yet) involved. She believes that this can improve by changing the current image of Sustainability/ Ecologically Grown/ Green from Old Fashioned/ Dull/ Alternative to a Fashionable/ Trendy/ Modern image! This can be achieved by Packaging Design and Marketing strategies. This generation (Millennials) care and will lead these movements, which is the reason why any food related company should look out for candidates with such a matching profile. Milou
