ABOUT MILOŠ KRSMANOVIĆ
I’m an engineering manager based in Berlin, currently leading cross-functional teams (backend, web, mobile, data) at Getsafe. My focus is building practical systems that automate real-world workflows — from AI-driven claims handling and in-app chatbots to voice agents and payments infrastructure.Before management, I spent years as a backend and full-stack engineer working on large-scale APIs, search, data ingestion pipelines and scraping frameworks at JustWatch and AOE.On the side, I build and ship my own products, including PromptForward (LLM prompt testing & CI/CD) and Tripscovery (a long-running cheap-flight newsletter). That mix of startup building and leading teams in established companies shapes how I work: small feedback loops, clear ownership, and shipping things that actually get used.
