ABOUT MILOS STEFANOVIC
I came to the U.S. from Serbia at 23 years old chasing opportunity. I worked in hospitality, co-owned a small business, spent years in trucking, and eventually built a career in Tech Sales—all valuable experiences that strengthened my leadership and communication skills. But it wasn’t until I stepped onto the soccer field again as a coach that I realized what I was truly meant to do.Soccer has been part of my identity my entire life. After a year at Truckstop, I made the decision to follow that calling full-time. Today, I am proud to coach at Alexandria Soccer Association as:• Head Coach – 2018 Pre-Academy (top U8 team competing U9)• Head Coach – U14 (2012) Boys Blue• Assistant Coach – Alexandria Reds UPSL Men’s TeamI am currently pursuing my USSF C License, and I never stop learning—studying coaching methodology, attending seminars, breaking down matches, and constantly refining my approach.My coaching philosophy is simple, I focus on a player-centered environment built on:Individual growth and confidenceGame intelligence and decision-makingLove for the sportCharacter, resilience, and teamworkMy goal is to help players become better athletes and better human beings—creating a positive impact that lasts far beyond the field.
