ABOUT MILOS P.

Security & Risk Management professional with multidisciplinary experience across corporate security, military operations, CBRN defence and international cooperation, bringing a blend of operational cross-functional leadership, technical expertise and strategic management.Currently working as a Security Officer at Harry Winston / Swatch Group Germany, supporting the implementation of corporate security standards in high-value retail environments, achieving the maximum loss prevention with 0% loss and 100% of successful Situational De-escalation for the whole spectrum of professional career, achieved through proactive situational risk estimation and effective and on-time risk prevention, mitigation and management. My previous career as a senior CBRN officer in the Serbian Armed Forces strengthened my competencies in capacity building, cross-functional leadership, crisis planning, emergency response, high-risk training, threat mitigation and cooperation with UN, OPCW and NATO PfP institutions. I served as a Guest Lecturer on three international courses at NATO and Partnership for Peace training centres. I delivered modules at Camp “Butmir” (Bosnia & Herzegovina) during the Euro-Atlantic Security Course (2016) and the Counterinsurgency Orientation Course (2019), and at the MPSOTC of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff (Greece) for the Peace Support Operations Basics Course (2021). These roles enhanced my ability to teach complex security topics, support multinational interoperability and contribute to capacity building.I hold an M.Sc. in Disaster & Fire Protection and a B.Sc. in Technology Engineering.
