Prepare the Funds’ consolidated financials and notes and submit for review. • Contribute to the preparation of the quarterly reporting package. • Assist with coordination of the external audit. • Maintain books and reconciliations for the upper-tier entities (Fund, REIT, General Partner, Feeder). • Prepare and coordinate equity capital calls and distributions. • Maintain books and reconciliations for the corporate entity, Account for payroll, benefits, expense reports, etc. • Ensure management fees are properly billed and timely collected. • Assist VP of Accounting with various treasury functions and cash management. • Work with the VP of Accounting and CFO to establish and maintain property accounting policies. • Assist in providing documents to the external tax group for REIT Testing and annual tax filings.
