I lead the HR Function and play a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational HR initiatives.1. Talent Acquisition• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles across the business, from job scoping to offer.• Partner with hiring managers to recruit best fit candidates • Maintain and enhance employer branding through candidate experience and external engagement. Employment Relations• Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management and maintain accurate documentation and records• Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and company policies.• Facilitate investigations and mediate workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.HR Operations• First point of contact for HR queries for managers and employees.• Oversee HR systems and processes including employee records, contracts, payroll administration and policy updates.• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.• Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making.4. Learning & Development• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to support employee growth.• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)• Champion DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement DEI programs and training.• Monitor DEI metrics and contribute to strategic planning for inclusive practices.Business Strategy & HR Alignment• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational design, and change management.• Provide insights and recommendations on talent strategy, engagement, and retention.
