About Tarricke Mills
As a Senior HR Leader, I’ve had the opportunity to lead HR organizations and operations across the energy and aerospace industries. In each role I’ve taken, I’ve encountered the preconceived notion that HR is simply there to abide by the rules and tell you no. As a divergent thinker, I’m consistently working to debunk that myth by partnering with leaders and employees to determine how we can utilize (and sometimes bend) those rules to keep the business moving forward.I have extensive experience establishing trust and developing strategic thought partnerships with senior and executive leadership teams to support organizational goals and objectives. I’ve led high-performing teams in developing and executing local, regional, and global HR strategies and best practices for talent management, organizational development, change management, labor relations, and employee relations. Throughout my time in HR, I’ve gained experience executing strategic international business initiatives, including organizational rightsizing and joint venture divestment. I’ve also spearheaded global projects to identify and implement process and program improvements that drive business results by increasing leadership and organizational effectiveness.Outside of work, I really enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews. Having visited 43 countries, I love to travel to learn about different cultures.
