ABOUT MICHAEL MILLS
I’m a Dual French-US citizen based out of Paris. I’ve spent most of my career working in financial services and investment funds in Europe (I\'ve worked and lived in The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, and France). I’m an experienced M&A and Venture/Investment Fund counsel, having managed and successfully closed deals from a $100k SAFE to the $9 billion sale of a bank and everything in between. My role goes beyond just closing deals: I regularly consult on strategy, financial modeling, investor relations, and regulation. Beyond that, I’m deeply interested in how to build and strengthen networks, and how those networks transform lives and careers.
