I currently lead the Recruitment Operations function, managing a team of six Recruitment Coordinators to ensure the smooth day to day delivery of all hiring activity. A key achievement in my role has been implementing the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, for which I now serve as site admin and product owner, supporting the team to maximise its efficiency and impact. I have also designed and delivered Recruitment MI dashboards and contributed to the wider People MI reporting through PowerBI, creating the most comprehensive Recruitment data insights for the business to date. My role has also included significant overhauls of Recruitment Operations processes, to ensure we are providing an exceptional candidate experience.
