ABOUT MILLIE CAMM C. ACT

Lead & manage a team through quarterly/annual reporting for a large global insurer; producing, reporting and presenting results under both IFRS-17 and Solvency II. High level of expertise across various product groups. In depth knowledge of SCR & Solvency II balance sheet stressing. Part of an team outsourced from Willis Towers Watson for the last 5 years, building very strong relations with the client. Experience in non-BAU projects e.g. experience investigations, assumption setting, business planning, With-Profits (run-off plan, expense recharges, management of segregated sub-fund). Key role in leading and implementing integration of client into a huge global insurer, assisting in change and development and training.Since joining the firm, i have been key to the client relationship management for one of Willis Towers Watson\'s largest clients, improving and enhancing the way we collect client data and communicate this around the business to deliver work to the highest standard and win projects in new areas of the industry. Passion for process improvement and up-skilling juniors. Experience pitching for new wins, presenting to high profiles HoAF, CFOs etc. Previously completed a year long on-site secondment gaining expertise on rectifying unit linked pricing errors and experience investigations.Fully qualified & CERA qualified (highest scoring candidate in CM1, CM2, CP1, SA2 & SP9)Graduated in July 2018 from The University of Manchester with a first class honours in Mathematics. During my time at University, and prior to that during my apprenticeship, I undertook placements in various sectors of Deloitte, including a year placement in Capital Allowances in addition to Private Client Services, Corporate Tax and Consulting placements.
