As ICT Program Manager, I designed and implemented the program infrastructure that brought clarity, consistency, and control to how projects are delivered across the department. Before, there was no central view of what was happening—now, we have full visibility of all projects, their statuses, and documentation. I introduced standardised tools and templates that my team use consistently, making their day-to-day work easier and more efficient.I also led the introduction of resource management across three teams, giving us, for the first time, a clear picture of capacity—where people are stretched and where there’s room to support or take on more. Alongside this, I built a forward-looking project pipeline that lets us spot clashes, dependencies, and cross-team impacts in advance, so we can make better decisions about when and how we take on new work.I’m also currently project managing a major office site consolidation and relocation, working directly with the C-suite and senior directors to deliver a smooth transition aligned with strategic goals.
