Program Management and Science Policy: Develop, implement, and manage data, analytics, and impact team for $500M research program aiming to improve environmental health, offshore energy safety, and human health in the Gulf of Mexico. Product Development and Data Analytics: Build data and analytics products for diverse audiences to improve program reporting and systematize reports and analysis.Assessment Design: Lead assessment planning and design for major program initiatives in education, environmental science, energy, and public health and equity. System Implementations and Data Management: Implemented a custom Salesforce customer relationship management database to manage 10 years of existing program data. Model Building and Quality Control: Designed an analytical assessment model/tool to help staff design new programs, ensuring alignment between program strategy, operations, and organizational goals.Policy Development and Generative AI: Guided executive leadership and the Governing Board of NASEM on policy development for generative AI, influencing first generative AI usage policy.
