After gigs at Sun Microsystems/Oracle (Linlithgow), Scottish Power (East Kilbride), CISCO systems (Paris), American Express (Brighton), JPMorgan (Glasgow/New York), NHS (Scotland) it was time to get serious and start building the company!After doing custom optimisations for the Mondrian OLAP engine for Skype, Millersoft was asked to establish a partnership with the American business intelligence company Pentaho. That partnership flourished with Millersoft supporting Pentaho clients across Europe while building an operational base on the edge of Edinburgh, Scotland. These clients included; Skype (Estonia), Air Menzies International (Crawley), Horseware (Dundalk), Creditsafe (Cardiff), Bagdrop (Amsterdam), Seko Logistics (Chicago), Favbet (Kiev), Bede Gaming(Newcastle) and IPF (Leeds/Warsaw).Millersoft has successfully tapped the local market for talent and has helped introduce a young team of software engineers to the latest Amazon cloud and business intelligence technologies. We are proud of the fact that we employ and train local people wherever possible. Our experienced Amazon AWS skills base demonstrates that we are on the leading edge of IT.Our core focus now is on data integration, data vaulting, data lakes and analytics.
