   At Madison Ave Consulting, I’ve had the pleasure of holding several leadership roles, including Director of the PMO, Director of Client Services, and now Director of Client Services Operations, each taken on to support the business’s evolving needs as a rapidly scaling startup.I’ve built the foundational infrastructure behind our PMO, Delivery, and CS Ops departments—establishing internal systems, leading strategic initiatives, and managing multiple complex technical projects for up to four clients at a time.In my current role, I lead Client Services Operations, aligning business objectives with internal cross-functional teams and global vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and execution from pre-sales through renewal and beyond. I continue to manage technical projects across several industries and verticals, bridging strategy and execution to deliver scalable, high-impact results.
