Responsible for the overall daily operations, planning, organizing, and execution of all systems and security. Responsible to meet customer requirements, as well as HIPAA requirements, as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Technical liaison between field offices and corporate, supporting projects, upgrades, and user and system issues. Perform project management duties, such as financial budgets and project schedules, while continuously provide project staff with deliverable development support. Manage corporate IT support and project support personnel. Design, test and deploy hardware, connectivity, and interface solutions for various systems. Gather requirements and develop ad-hoc reports using SQL Server and IBM Cognos. Perform data analysis utilizing reporting tools. Administrate company-wide system access by creating a standardized procedure and access request forms. Conduct regular company-wide system security risk assessments. Work closely with senior level management to determine nature of assimilation problems and develop detailed action plans and recommendations. Develop and execute test scripts for multiple phases including SIT, UAT and Regression testing for system functionality and quality assurance. Develop extensive training documentation and perform end-user training. Analyze, research, and solve product issues escalated from users. Prioritize and analyze defects and product enhancement requests.
