Over ten years of experience in the wind and solar industries, including supporting the early stages of developing a wind farm, handing over projects from construction to operations, managing wind-farm operations, evaluating operation and maintenance strategies, internal and external communication, site budgeting, managing service and warranty agreements, overseeing site and regional operations, managing vendors, contract negotiations, analyzing data, SAP, and handling site operation handovers from the OEM to the owner. I am energized by the different aspects of my job as an asset manager and I enjoy working with the different groups within our company. I am a self starter that looks for opportunities to support the team outside of my core responsibilities, including supporting due-diligence work, providing input on contract negotiations, and evaluating IE assessments of cost and production forecasts.
