I believe there is a story worth telling in everything we do. I am fortunate to be part of a company that finds creative ways to change lives through seemingly everyday products. In the course of doing so we help people see the world in more inclusive and welcoming ways-whether it be how hair transforms the life of a young LGBTQ+ person coming out or the right of passage a first shave represents to a transgender man shaving for the first time. These stories not only change how people related to brands but give our brands platforms to be a force for good in our world.
