I am a football coach at a local club where I used to play. I have been coaching the team for over two years, since U13\'s. After Achieving my Level 1 coaching badge I was able to provide the players with a better standard of coaching, aiding their technical development and understanding of the game. It has helped me learn how to coach, mentor, and develop individuals; aiding them to reach their full potential. The role has also taught me how to simplify tasks, so they\'re more understandable, and then increasing the difficulty to facilitate the development of the players.

I am currently training toward qualification as an ACA Chartered Accountant, developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and commercial insight.
