I am a litigation associate at KMK Law. Prior to KMK, I served as a term law clerk for the Honorable Matthew W. McFarland at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in Cincinnati, OH. Prior to beginning my legal career in September 2021 with the Court, I interned for the Honorable Matthew McFarland at the Southern District of Ohio and the Honorable David W. McKeague at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. I passed the July 2021 Ohio Bar Examination and, thus, am licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. Additionally, I am licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with my Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Minor in Sports Administration from the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Health Services. I also competed for the University of Cincinnati Women\'s Tennis Team from 20••••18. While playing for UC, I was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Conference team and was a member of a nationally ranked doubles team. Additionally, I was a two-year team captain and a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. I began pursuing my Juris Doctorate at Michigan State University College of Law in August of 2018. With the goal of being an advocate and focusing my legal career in litigation, I graduated with a graduate certificate from The Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute at MSU College of Law. Additionally, I participated on multiple Moot Court teams, including the Seigenthaler-Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition, National Online Moot Court Competition, and The Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition. I spent the summers of 2019 and 2020 working as a summer associate for Levin Papantonio, a plaintiff personal injury law firm in Pensacola, Florida. While at Levin Papantonio, my work focused in the Plaintiff Mass Torts and Securities divisions of the firm. Most notably, I worked on the National Prescription Opiate Litigation representing municipalities against opiate Manufacturers and Distributors for their role in creating the opioid epidemic in the United States.
