   I walked into the world of childhood cancer from a fast life - and was humbled by reality. I didn’t realize it’s where I would settle. A whirlwind of just-the-right recipe of events reshaped my perspective. I found a purpose greater than myself through connecting with children and families in the fights of their lives, and was greatly inspired by their strength. So I did the same thing you would have done - I found a way to help. Helping FAMilies became my compulsion. I traveled the country end to end to stand on the front line with families who needed an ally while their children faced life threatening challenges. I met many FAMilies in their worst moments. I have seen, heard, and felt their pain - and listened to what they needed most. Until launching this foundation, I had been addressing their needs to the best of my own ability. By opening the doors to YOUR support, we will be able to shake things up - together. We will start by helping to fulfill the dreams of children in treatment. We will assist families with bills and expenses, because those do not stop even when time with a loved one can. Additionally, we are honored to offer support for the biggest advocates of our warriors, their siblings, who are often overlooked. FAM impacts families on a personal level and alleviates their individual obstacles as much as can be facilitated - sometimes in as little as 12-24 hours.I have often been asked if I began my endeavors due to the loss of a child. While I haven\'t buried my own child, truthfully, I have lost many children - and so has everyone reading this. We lose children every day to the terrible monster of cancer, and that affects us all. This FAMily stands together, because together, we are strong! Whether you have support to lend or need a force behind you, take our side as we FIGHT ALL MONSTERS!
