He has helped these companies, solve difficult technical problems.Milind has worked in different manufacturing processes like Precision Machining, Foundries, Investment Castings, Precision Assembly, Automotive assembly, Paint Shop, Rubber and electronic products, Injection Molding.He has experience of over 30 years in, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality. He has been with Shainin since 1998. Prior to Joining Shainin Milind worked for General Motors Corp, Industrial Technology institute, Augat Automotive and New Standard Engineering. He was involved in various initiatives like Quality system implementation, FTQ Improvement, Scrap Reduction which led to bottom line improvement.Milind has a reputation for solving complex technical problems quickly. He is also a respected speaker and teacher. He has been teaching Shainin Seminars for over 20 years, he has trained engineers all over the world in Shainin Technology. He has been a speaker at Shainin Symposium.He holds Two Master of Science degrees, one from Rensselaer Polytechnic –Troy, New York and other from Eastern Michigan University, MIMilind is a certified “Shainin Master”. He also holds following certifications through ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE),Certified Quality Manager (CQM)Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
