Monitoring projects, tracking schedules/deviations, evaluating staffing from regular status reporting, Monthly reviews, etc. Develop reporting templates, maintain them and publishing error free reports as per defined schedules Identify and capture the risks and exceptions and subsequently monitor, track and report back Should be able to interpret large amounts of data and provide clear insights based on historic and forecasted data Analyze the data received and question back in case of deviations, discrepancies, etc. Identify and highlight the risk/deviances to the project assurance & the risk advisory team Apply core management skills, such as organizing and planning Understand and use fundamentals of statistical data analysis Implement internal and public auditing knowledge in evaluating reports Actively controls expense items to budget and/or flash requirements, plus KPI’s (including Cost as % of Revenue) Ensures compliance of financial headcount aligned to SOW headcount reporting processes Proactively analyses and model changes to support initiatives and business decision working on ‘what if’ scenarios and modelling as required for manager reviews Delivers quality packs and decks at appropriate reviews (BPS leadership and/or internal reviews) Preparing Financial reports like profitability report, forecasting report, accruals report and Financial Dashboards reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Sign-off for WON Creation - ISU Interaction; Type of WON to ensure billing / revenue capture as per SOW terms.
