Reviewing reports of investigations conducted by Vigilance and initiating appropriate actions.Liaisoning with authorities and influential people such as Factory Inspector, Police officers, Labour Dept, Mathadi Boards, Mathadi unions, Pollution Control Board, Local Bodies and local political leaders, Public relations and handling issues of Sons of soil. Centrally periodic review of statutory compliances, Disciplinary actions, POSH & Grievances, Inspection Notices and Litigations. Manpower Optimization/rationalization/rightsizing. Due diligence of upcoming sites and vendors. With large number of Acquisitions and Mergers of new businesses ensuring smooth migration of Manpower and integration of Investee companies with Reliance systems and processes. Identifying IR sensitive sites and having focused preventive approach to ensure long term industrial peace. Intelligence Management as a proactive initiative to identify potential IR issues and devise mechanism to mitigate the risk. Addressing POSH complaints and ensuring compliance. Keep abreast with the statutory amendments, Case laws, analyze its impact and propose steps to safeguard interests of the organization. Periodically reviewing ER policies.
