Responsible for complete end to end Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Packaging projects; Focus on identifying and developing the Packaging and Engineering Automation\\\\n• Greenfield and Brownfield projects across India and AMEA Region; Multiple project handling\\\\n• Interaction with all stakeholder departments such as Innovation, R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Procurement and Operations and finalize the project and equipment deliverables\\\\n• Focus on Best in Class equipment manufacturers for high reliability, speed, quality and performance deliverables and high probability of success\\\\n• Project planning, Execution, FAT, Monitoring, Commissioning, SAT and Qualification across India and region on\\\\n• Represent Regional platform into Mondelez Global Packaging Community Network; Technology standardization and Technology Transfer across countries and regions\\\\n• Facilitating global projects with Best Cost Countries sourcing and with appropriate Cost Benefit Analysis\\\\n• Implementing global standards in the region @ affordable costs; understand emerging trends and build automation processes and capabilities to best map with available technology and factory requirements\\\\n• Working closely with Cross Functional teams for packaging innovations, Automation feasibility and delivering results expected by stakeholders\\\\n• Closely working with Best Cost Country Sourcing teams and develop Local and Global network for Packaging and Automation OEMs.\\\\n\\\\n
