Ensuring All customers who have invoices which are issued for more than 60+ days have paid their invoices and ensuring they are reminded via calls/emails/personal interactions in case payments are not received. • Co-ordinating between Sales Team and Customers to ensure any Customer issue with respect to invoices are resolved • Dispatching invoices which are issued daily to the respective customers and tracking all of them to ensure they reach the correct Accounts Payable Person • Provide data to the Seattle Office of my company for the receipting of invoices based on the payments we have got.• Providing support to Collections for over B2B accounts in 26 countries in APAC(including India), EMEA and North America Region.• Updating and uploading Weekly Hold reports for all the regions that are handled by me. Analysis on the hold warning lists to ensure customers with high debt and risk are given 10 days to clear the overdue payment before putting the account on hold and suspending services.• Creating fortnightly report to the senior management for the India, Taiwan, Indonesia and Vietnam Regions. Ensuring the top 10 age debt accounts are discussed to resolve any disputes, age debt summary and comparison with the previous fortnight, ensuring monthly DSO reports are also shared so that one can see how soon the debt is cleared, on an average in the country. This is also a fortnightly discussion to bridge any gaps between sales and collections.• Providing any support required for GST (India Specific) to our Global Tax team in Seattle. Support includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the data provided in the monthly GSTR1 filings is correct. Discrepancies in the GSTIN data is checked and resolved. Ensuring the filing is done on or before the 10th of every month by our GST Consultants.• Also being SPOC for customers for any GST queries raised by them.
