At Looking Glass Commercial, I oversee design and construction management for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate projects. I work directly with tenants, owners, investors, and asset managers to build out office and industrial interiors, execute capital improvements, and reposition existing assets to maximize their value. We partner with owners, investors, and institutions to evaluate and execute commercial real estate development opportunities. Our role spans across running due diligence, navigating zoning and entitlements, negotiating contracts, and managing the full lifecycle of the construction and delivery process. We function as a strategic partner to clients and brokers to ensure optimal deal negotiation and seamless project delivery. Whether advising on off-market investments and development opportunities, managing complex tenant finish-outs, or leading capital improvement initiatives, my focus is on delivering best-in-class economics and results for every stakeholder involved.
