   I lead the product, design and insights functions for a 200+ person organization responsible for- Our music intelligence labs, including our recently formed artist-first AI music lab developing foundational generative technologies and new products in partnership with the music industry - Spotify for Artists, which is used millions of artists to thrive on Spotify and engage over 700M fans globally - Spotify\'s native promotion product portfolio including Campaign Kit and other content promotion programs that make up the majority of Spotify’s “marketplace business” (public-facing umbrella name used in financial reporting)- Maximizing Spotify\'s catalogue offering through expansion to new formats, most recently music video and performance videos- Rights management tools for labels and publishers that enable rights holder to protect and monetize their IP while unlocking innovation across the company (Spotify\'s \"Content ID\")
