This includes performing current state analysis in accordance with agency Fleet Management Plans; performing a data-focused gap analysis of the system; developing transition plans to modernize data/asset structure and compile documentation of the system to stakeholders; coordinating with IT on feature development/implementation; and, delivering updated maintenance system in preparation for new enterprise asset management system-Submits required compliance reporting to National Transit Database (NTD), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), State of Oregon, and Federal Transit Administration (FTA)-Serves as Operations Budget Coordinator under the guidance of Director and provides guidance and financial analysis to divisions-Successfully led the effort to capture disinfection data after Oregon Governor\'s mandate to disinfect in-service transit vehicles every four hours during the SARS-COV-2 pandemic.
