Licensed in Louisiana and Texas, I am an attorney who helps clients resolve complex disputes regarding contracts, environmental issues, government investigations, and trade secret theft. With a JD/MBA degree from Tulane, I support a wide variety of energy and technology companies around the Gulf Coast. I have secured and defeated injunctions related to oil and gas services, joint operating agreements, debt collections, security interests, foreclosures, confidentiality agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, and theft of trade secrets.
