Lead weekly ‘Work in Progress’ meetings for each Project Executive, providing updates, highlighting issues needing to be resolved & documenting action items for ongoing projects• Work cross-functionally to streamline project organization and scheduling, eliminate material delays, and identify long lead items that may delay a project’s critical path• Create realistic project plans and track their progress while managing client’s expectations• Compare estimates & sales bids to required scope, reducing excess material needs and identifying requirements• Assess client needs against product specifications and raise any issues prior to project execution• Provide detailed status updates to the client throughout the duration of the project
