In this position, I generate various financial models, including integrated projection models, integrated LBO models, comparable company analysis models, and comparable transaction analysis models on pitches and live transactions. I also assist with various other tasks as part of pitches to potential new clients and executing live transactions generally in the Consumer, Industrials, Materials, and Technology sectors. I conduct financial statement analysis as background work for detailed financial models and assist with building a large, detailed company database in Salesforce using Excel that is used for targeting new investment banking clients and new private equity investments with enterprise values of $10 -$250 million. Finally, I research companies through a variety of third-party data providers, including S&P CapitalIQ and ZoomInfo, and develop general knowledge through attending investment banking meetings and update calls.
