   Lead the human-centered design team on our federal reporting modernization project.• Assume product management responsibilities during long-term periods of leave and transitions between product managers.• Mentor and support members of the team & organization in navigating a complex problem-space, human-centered design, and accessibility.• Partner closely with government stakeholders and other team leads in vision, strategy, and roadmapping processes.• Facilitate product workshops to identify priorities, weigh tradeoffs, and drive decision making.• Drive regular mixed-method research with users and stakeholders de-risking new functionality and continually informing product direction.• Championed beta periods for new functionality between user research and full-scale rollouts.• Authored and continually contribute to an archive of research findings to support day-to day and long-term decision making.• Collaborated with government stakeholders to onboard 127 total US states, Tribes, and territories during our initial product rollout.• Developed a knowledge center containing product and policy support material for our users and designed to be maintainable by the design and product team without diverting developer resources.
