Miles Newton is a test engineering manager on the B-21 program where he oversees testing of critical aircraft subsystems up to first flight. Prior to his current role, Miles worked for Boeing as a flight test engineering manager on the B-1 program, a flight test engineer on the KC-46 and F-15SA test programs, a mechanical design engineer on various proprietary Phantom Works projects, and a materials, process, and physics engineer for assembly automation. Prior to that, Miles served in the United States Air Force as a maintenance technician. Miles is from Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and an Executive MBA from UCLA\'s Anderson School of Management.Outside of work, Miles enjoys spending time with his wife and son, camping, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, gardening, whiskey tasting, home DIY, working on cars, and playing video games.
