We help clients manage risk, make smart investments, and bring projects to life.As a Client Manager, my job duties include managing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients including well-known national and regional lenders, SBA lenders, equity partners, real estate developers and individual borrowers with special emphasis on communication of potential risk identified through due diligence assessments, drawing on 12 years of professional experience as well as a team of technical experts and a strong understanding of lender’s business practices and contingency options to assist with decision making, often requiring careful consideration of both technical data and rational real world options.As a Senior Project Manager, my responsibilities include coordinating and executing due diligence assessments on collateral properties across the United States with focus on Phase I ESAs conducted according to ASTM 1527-21 standards as well as various other environmental scopes including Desktop/Database Reviews, RSRA, Transaction Screen and Peer Review of Phase I ESA and Phase II Subsurface Investigations. Responsibilities include oversight of project completion, report quality control review, project budget management, technical oversight, training of staff as well as client management.
