My passion for people and education have resulted in a unique approach to project execution, organizational structuring, and talent identification & development. I believe the best business model is to motivate employees. This is accomplished by understanding employee\'s individual motivating factors, then putting them in a position to achieve them by working successfully within the organization\'s framework. Everyone wants to be successful, but sometimes we can find ourselves in a position where our success on the job does not bring us satisfaction. I founded EPC Project Services to understand local job markets around the world, the skill and competency of the professionals in those markets, and match the right opportunities to the most deserving candidates.
