I manage a Product Design team focused on delivering a safe, inclusive, and fun social gaming experience for our users around the world. My team works across mobile, web, PC, and console to enable our users to connect with other gamers, coordinate gameplay, and to share gaming highlights with one another. We strive to improve our core social experiences such as Chat, Friends, and Party based on user feedback and industry trends. We experiment with new features and subtle UX changes to drive user behavior on our platform. We also conceptualize new product experiences such as the Xbox Mobile App and the Family Settings Mobile App, and deliver them to the market on time with a high bar for quality.
