Our primary mission is to protect and accelerate value while steering the business towards a bold and prosperous future. In today\'s ever-evolving interconnected landscape, the dynamic nature of risks and cyber threats presents a constant challenge. Connecting with people and turning innovative ideas into practical solutions is one of my passions. I love fostering an environment where individuals can unlock their full potential, enabling them to serve our clients effectively and tackle the most complex problems. I embrace creative thinking and strive to bring out the best in people, both in terms of technical expertise and their personal and managerial skills. My career has taken me across the globe, working on numerous consulting engagements. I\'ve been based in EY\'s Miami and Dallas offices and played a pivotal role in the expansion of EY\'s Risk Consulting services in several Latin American countries. Prior to my tenure at EY, I worked at Johnson Controls, Inc. in Milwaukee and Arthur Andersen in Brazil. I am deeply committed to community engagement, actively participating on various boards. I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for The Dallas Opera and hold positions on the Boards of Directors at the Dallas YMCA and TACA (The Arts Community Alliance). I have been a dedicated member of several EY key forums such as the Americas Advisory Council (ACC), Partner/Principal Council (PPC), and the US-West Partner Forum. I take great pride in embracing a fulfilling life. I love biking, yoga, long walks and the adventure of exploring new destinations with my husband, Tassio, and our two daughters, Livia and Isabel.
