Crew Manager carrying out the following jobs:• Chief of maritime staffResponsible for the selection, interviewing, recruitment and training of maritime staffIn charge for the management of shifts (staff rotation), holidays / permits / illnesses / accidents • Operational manager of both the tugs and barge fleet- For the S.I.O.T Oil Terminal for the prevention and anti-pollution service with four boats operating 24 hours a day- For the Bunkering service to ships in the port of Trieste, Monfalcone and Koper- For barge towing (flat deck and hold) and ship towing- For the port towing service in the ports of Monfalcone and Portonogaro• Commercial manager for towing services• Responsible for the in-company training of maritime, administrative and technical personnel (Legislative Decree 81/08 and Legislative Decree 271/99) and for contacts with the qualified physician as regards the suitability and annual tests of the personnel.• Responsible for the management of the Ocean’s Concessions issued by both the Harbourmaster of Trieste, Monfalcone and PortoNogaro and the Port Authority of Trieste and Monfalcone.
