I am the Co-Founder and CEO of PowerToFly.com - the platform enabling companies to reach, recruit and retain high-performing, inclusive teams. We have two main value propositions 1) We help companies recruit qualified and interested diverse talent2) We help companies upskill their workforce in leadership & technical skillsWe do this with exceptional events and expert guidance.We\'re passionate about helping companies create a more engaged and inclusive workforce.We host monthly summits and virtual job fairs worldwide, daily video live chats with thought leaders from the innovation economy of the USA. We are global - our own team is on 17 countries and is proud to give careers to women in Palestine, Egypt, Argentina, Botswana and Ecuador among many others.Prior to that I dedicated 7 years of my life to being CTO at Avaaz.org - the largest global online activist community, with over 40 million members working on issues ranging from climate change to war on women to genocide. I built up their distributed tech team from 0 to 20 (located on 6 continents) and saw the tech platform through the organization\'s growth from 0-33 million members.During my graduate study at the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU (ranked 2nd to MIT Media Lab by Newsweek) I got involved with physical computing, robotics and wearables. Over my 19 years of professional experience, I worked in a number of startups and even had fun teaching robotics at NYC schools.I live in Brooklyn with my wife Andrea Breanna (CEO of Rebelmouse.com) and our 4 kids.
