Lead design of Infrastructure & Workplace services Responsible in a carve-out project – Chemical Sector\\\\n- Technical and architectural analysis of the infrastructure and Workplace services of the Group IT Department.\\\\n- Design of service separation scenarios for day-1 (day of separation).\\\\n- Coordinate the design phase activities implying internal and external stakeholders including third parties.\\\\n- Leading the design workshops with third parties and partners.\\\\n- Address overall architecture interdependencies and service separation impacts on business continuity.\\\\n- Propose technical separation scenarios for infrastructure and workplace services (incl. Business Blueprints production)\\\\n- Define the carve-out guiding principles (digital workplace, network, DC & Cloud)\\\\n\\\\nBuy-side and Sell-side IT/Tech Due Diligences\\\\n- Assessment of the current and target infrastructures including architecture, cloud strategy and Cybersecurity aspects\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
