Provide support to stakeholders within SM & P as well as the operational function to effectively manage identified suppliers based on contractual agreements, market information and by creating a performance fact base in a consistent way- Collaborate with various stakeholders and adapting according to the needs for effective supplier management and develop and leverage a network- Familiarize with supplier contracts and performance related clauses. Ensure suppliers deliver against contract and identify top (non-)performing suppliers- Manage, structure and prepare supplier meetings for internal and external stakeholders. Gather relevant operational KPI data related to the performance of the suppliers via standard reports, structured regular meetings, closely with the commercial and operational stakeholders- Perform an initial trend analysis of the supplier performance and report back at the required frequency to the commercial and operational stakeholders- Provide administrative support for actions defined between suppliers and commercial and operational stakeholders Develop and leverage an excellent network with internal (SM & P colleagues, finance & accounting, etc.) and external (suppliers) stakeholders, to ensure the best input and output of your scope and report in case of non-compliance.
