I was employed with the same company for over 25 years. I have over 18 years of healthcare, materials management experience using the Lawson Materials Management system. Having learned the purchasing industry within a medical setting, has better prepared me for high pressure work environments. My responsibilities encompass being the buyer for over eighty percent of Hurley Medical Center’s departments, totaling over $100 million, in purchase orders, annually. I serve as the backup support agent, to the senior purchasing agent and the OR systems coordinator as well. In addition to my purchasing and organizational skills, I am a very creative thinker and problem solver. I posses excellent verbal and written skills as well.
