Mr. Milar has over 20+ years of extensive experience preparing proposals, technical publications and graphics. He is the director of the technical publications department, responsible for the direction and coordination of word processing and graphics in the production of proposals, technical reports, briefing materials, marketing brochures, posters, logos, newspaper and magazine advertisements, billboards, display posters, advertising displays, certificates, web pages, multimedia CDs and other graphics and technical documentation.As a corporate resource, Mr. Milar has worked on hundreds of briefings and proposals, all of significant importance to both the group and the company. Mr. Milar has been able to accomplish all his work to the high standard expected by QNA as reflected in his annual performance appraisals.
