Very often in life we deal with the type of stuff which are \"in addition to\" and rarely \"instead of\".\\\\n\\\\nThe promotion to directly support CPTO in a day-to-day activities as Chief Of Staff, came of course, with tons of new responsibilities.\\\\nThese vary, from being a person to go at UnzerTech (organization of 200+ employees) for operational and various other inquiries, setting execution priorities, taking over roadmap planning process, ensuring as organization we deliver on our promises, being a content creator for Board & All Hands syncs (frequently hosting later ones). till finally, being even a decision maker within UnzerTech in case of CPTO absence.\\\\n\\\\nThe \"previous life\" is not forgotten - as Program Manager, along with our complete & amazing UnzerTech team, in Q4 \'22, managed to roll out Unified Commerce platform called UnzerOne.\\\\n\\\\nA career defining moment, since working with 10 different development teams, frequently being \"hands on\" to unstuck us when needed, rolling out and integrating 12 different systems / services in the span of 9 months and finally making the puzzle complete, led to see the happiness, relief, proudness, joy and true sense of accomplishment on every person involved.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
