Restructure debt, balance sheet, and organizations in periods of distress or rapid growth. •Restructured cost systems, created enterprise dashboards, metrics, and enhanced ERP and I/T functionality. •Created greater visibility to cash management with projection models, 13 week cash flow and 12 month rolling forecasts. •Improved EBITDA by restructuring operations to reduce costs, increase productivity, and vastness consolidations. •Converted ERP system to MAS 500, upgraded EDI, redesigned cost accounting system. •Implemented business modeling, forecasting, and taught use of budgeting systems. •Reduced worker\'s compensation costs by 60% via a self-funded plan and employee incentives.
