Embarking on a journey of approximately 4,572 miles (or so Google claims) from the majestic Land of the Himalayas, it\'s been one heck of an adventure .Since my university days, I\'ve harbored a passion for a career that allows me to genuinely connect with people and navigate the intricacies of relationships. This aspiration led me to my first recruitment role, a venture that provided me with invaluable exposure. However, feeling somewhat dubious and prosaic about the peculiar world of agency recruitment, I underwent a transformation, realizing my true desire to work within an internal agile environment where rapport, core values, and relationships can be cultivated in a qualitative manner.With considerable experience in building and scaling talent and recruitment across academia, agency, and internal settings, I\'ve had the privilege of navigating challenging and disruptive startup and scale-up spaces (Ecommerce, Biotech, Geotech, and Fintech).
