Manage a team of senior reports, with sourcing and procurement professionals deployed in every region of the organization and with numerous matrix relationships. Lead supply management for the Regions, responsible for sourcing and procurement processes, systems, and results across the global enterprise. Provide executive leadership for the enterprise-wide logistics function supporting the overall business. Working closely with the Region leaders, creating optimal strategic plans for contract negotiations, shipment order handling, transportation network modeling, cargo and freight planning, transportation analysis, order execution and monitoring. Drive change across the organization, and, in partnership with Regions leadership and strategic suppliers, move the enterprise to the next level of sourcing and procurement results globally, while incorporating the best practices already in place within certain parts of the organization and providing the thought leadership to adapt new best practices. Continue the company’s evolution in best practice procurement capabilities and organizational development, moving the organization towards Word Class Procurement Organization.
